Reflection for 3 October 2007

HI
Paul This is Yogesh garg sharing what i learned from the Saturday class . The class was awesome i really enjoyed specially the candies . and with that i also learned various new things is that there are three levels of awareness first is the top level which comprise of the consumer which has little knowledge of the product. and the second level comprise of the educated consumer which has a little awareness about the product and they have the the option to choose between quality and values and the third level is of the marketers like if you want to market your product you must have the knowledge of the culture and traditions where we are market ting our products .
And from the kotler diagram I learned a lots of thing that firstly you must identify what is the core benefit that is the basic benefit which you are offering to your customers once the basic benefit is completed you have to consider what are generic product available means what are the alternative product available in the market same as your product. the third stage is of expected product is all that the normal expectation of the buyer towards the products are as an marketer are you full filling the normal expectation of the demand. The fourth stage is of augmented that what additional thing that what additional feature and benefits that separate your products from your competitors . And the last stage is of potential that what are the emotions you are including in your product that makes your product unique from your competitors.
I enjoyed a lot in B.B.Q. so overall this is the good experience .
Thanks
Regards
Yogesh Garg
