In last weak of Saturday class we have given a our first marketing exam which was on soy maker and we have to use all our experience and skills which i learned from all my marketing class and before starting the exam Paul show us some videos which help us a lot in order to derive the emotional product. and one ,more thing I learned from the video that whatever the producers sells he has to look for the emotions which the product is delivering then only he can be smart marketer.
and also I am able to derived the emotional product but i think i missed the target market that relates to my emotions I also learned that what ever product you must sells you have to maintain the relationship of your emotional product.
That exam helped me a lot to know that in which thing I am weak and on which part i need to work more and which will be help full for me in future also and also to make my project in more creative way. So I really learned lot of thing from my mistakes which i have done in this exam and also I will try to learn from my mistakes and try not to repeat that type of exam in future and also in another subjects and also this teaches me that if you want to earn good grade you have to do lot of practice and handwork as it is said that practice makes man perfect

MBA Reflection november 5,2009

Yesterday In M.BA-500I learned about empowering and delegating, and also how to build a Effective Teams during my M.B.A. carrier. Empowering means when you give some Authority, Responsibility to our team members to perform a task in that manner in which they fell comfortable. and also we can support our team by reviewing their work by providing them further feedback. where as delegation means to assign certain task or duties to your teams but main control is in your hand.
So after the class I learned one more important skill to became a Successful Manager is that we must delegate some authority to our subordinates which will help them to learn new skills and they fell motivated and try to work in more productive way as they were earlier.
lastly I have practice this skill to complete the report of "The Effective Manager". I was the group leader in this Project so i have divided parts among my team members and also delegated the authority to check the work of another partner also with whom they are working . So Wednesday November 4, 2009 class helped me to acquire a new skill.

MBA- REFLECTION 1 NOVEMBER 2009

The Saturday class was quite good because I learned about different and creative modes to advertise our product which were not known to me before. This helped me a lot in providing me a brief idea that which "adpro" method should we use to make our product popular and also to target only specific people.
I also learned you can chose any method of "adpro" for your product but the thing is how well you understand and how to target your customers by using that particular method so the Saturday class I learned a lot on how to use creative method of "adpro" and how to target our customers.

MBA-Reflection 29 october 2009

yesterday was a trying day for me because We have a evening class of Bonita Russell and also we have to submit an assessment to her. with this we have lots of other work like we have to prepare for the accounting exam which is on 30 October. so finally i have completed the assessment in time and just submitted to her .
so in class Bonita Russell thought us very important thing on how to solve a conflict in your life and she thought us various approaches that can be used to deal or solve particular type of conflict depends upon the conflicts because if you want to build a strong relation with your friends you need to handle the conflict without endangering our relationship because relationship is like a mirror if it breaks one time it cant be build again with same values.

MBA-Reflection 25 october 2009

IT was a beautiful day we had a six-hour class on Saturday the class was divided into two sessions . In first session we learned about the impact that culture, politics and law play in producing or promoting our products in particular country. and also studied and analyzed the two cases first one is the Government of Sao-Paulo city has banned the billboard in his cities there the work of creative marketer starts like how we could market our products in these situations where there will be no banners, no billboards, no adds and moreover how to make people aware of our products so whole class discuss this case and we focus on taking out new and innovative ideas to market our products. and second case related to IBM USA and Korean government about the bribery how bribery can destroy your image with in seconds. while it takes lots of time in making a image for you company.
After that we had a great lunch of Pizza and for this we should thanks Brock who has provided us with free Pizza and after lunch each group has its meeting with Paul which provide us the guidelines on how to move further because our biggest challenge in marketing the product is deciding the right distribution channel and how to advertise our product creativity at last I would like to thank Ali for showing us some pictures from Iran and guess what we have a another mid term on Friday that of accounting .
